Vaulting

The logistics and infrastructure behind trading card experiences

We run as much or as little of your card operation as you want, from the warehouse alone to the full backend. You always own your frontend and your customer. Cards live in our own facilities across the country, every one scanned and sleeved, managed by software we built ourselves.

Three ways to plug in

Most partners start at one end and move along it. Nothing here is all-or-nothing: the data API bundles with either vaulting tier, and sourcing is an add-on to both.

01

Vaulting plus our infrastructure

Full vault logistics plus our whole backend behind a single API we built in-house. You build a frontend against it and go live.

Cards live in our vault

Intake, storage, handling, and pick, pack and ship. Every card is scanned and sleeved on the way in, so what your API returns is what is physically on the shelf, not a count somebody typed into a spreadsheet.

  1. 01 Intake

Scanned front and back, assessed for condition.

  2. 02 Store

Sleeved and shelved in our own climate-controlled facility.

  3. 03 Sell

Your API call moves the card. It never leaves the shelf.

  4. 04 Ship

Redeemed cards go out tracked, in a rigid mailer.

Why raw and not just graded

The cheapest card in the vault sets the cheapest pack you can sell. Graded stock bottoms out around $20. Raw singles cost cents, and we are the only B2B vault that stores them.

  • Price floorRaw is what lets you sell a $1 pack.
  • SupplyRaw comes by the lot. Slabs get hunted one at a time.
  • OptionalityPull raw stock out for grading and it returns under the same card id.

Sell $1 to $3 packs and reach the casual buyer a $25 floor shuts out.

Sealed product can be opened live

The user rips, the cards land in their wallet, and every opening is filmed — so the reveal ships with its own footage.

Every format, covered

Three formats, one vault, one inventory API. The middle one is the reason partners come to us.

Sealed product

Booster packs, booster boxes, elite trainer boxes, bundles and tins.

Raw and ungraded singles

The supply that makes low price points possible. We are the only B2B vault that stores them.

Graded slabs

PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC and TAG, stored by cert and matched to population data.

All three are priced through the same Card Data API: sealed as a single sealed rung, raw singles on the condition ladder, slabs per company and grade.

Scope

Any trading card, not just the ones we price

The vault is category-agnostic. Intake scan, condition assessment, sleeving, binning, insured storage and pick-pack-ship are one operation, and what is printed on the card does not change it. If it fits a sleeve, a toploader or a slab, it goes on a shelf.

Non-sport and entertainment sets, tournament and convention promos, and the card-adjacent collectibles that come with them.

If you are not sure whether we take it, ask. The answer is usually yes.
Add-on: sourcing

We will go and find the cards

If you need help finding the inventory itself, we locate, authenticate and vault it across all three formats, at the sets and grades you are after. You fund the inventory and it is yours.

You fund the inventory and it is yours. We hold and insure it, and you can pull it out whenever you want.

  1. 01 Brief You give us sets, grades and a budget

  3. 03 Authenticate Verified and graded where you want it graded
  4. 04 Warehouse Scanned, sleeved and live in your inventory

Each format is a different hunt

Raw singles

Bought by the lot: break leftovers, shop inventory and collection buyouts.

Volume. This is how you fill the cheap tiers that bring casual buyers in.
Graded slabs

Hunted individually across auction houses, marketplaces and private sales.

Chase cards. The headline prizes that make a tier worth opening.
Sealed product

Bought by the case from distributors and the secondary market.

Launches, and product you intend to rip live on camera.

Who does what

The split on the fully-managed tier. The right-hand column is the point: you keep the customer.

Priced around your economics

Vaulting, sourcing and the Gacha API do not have a fixed rate card. Depending on the offering, terms are per-card fees, revenue share, or a flat structure.

We are early enough that partner terms are very favourable. Tell us what you are building and we will put a structure in front of you.

Just want the data?

The Card Data API is self-serve and credit-based, from $29/month. No call required, and every endpoint in the docs runs right now.
